How can I get donation for school? I am running a private school and I need donation for poor students.?

I am running a private school in Nepal. Because of bad financial condition of some students they can not pay school fee on timely. So, I can not run the school very well lack of sufficient finance. I want to make very well environment in this school. please help me!
