their is no shampoo that can make your hair straight. the texture of you hair is in it's cortex, not on the outside. Volume shampoo is designed to dry your hair out to create lift (by dryness) conditioner will coat your hair. You need a Moisturizer not a conditioner. that will help your hair to get it's best look.
