Could my bowel problem cause a chain reaction with my health?

Alright, well to start off I have been having many health problems lately( I am 17 & female, FYI). So it started about a year ago when I've been having some chronic bowel movements which cause me to miss a lot of school and cause a lot of emotional stress and anxiety. I took tests and found out it was some bacterial infection(Forgot the name of the bacteria but I know it had the word cyst in it), so they made take some antibiotics called Metronidazole, it clearly worked. But then the problem came back again in September, I took the same tests blood and stool, found out that it came back again and not to mention around this time I also got the Hives. Then again I took Metronidazole again but this time I tool them 3 times a day for 2 weeks. Once again in early November I had stool problems once more, so my mother decided to take to some clinic instead of Kaiser, because the clinic receives the blood tests in the same day, this was about more then 3 weeks ago, a week before Christmas brake. I missed that week of school cause I got the Shingles as well. So when I got the results back the doctor told me the bowel problem reappeared again not only that but he saw that I had a high count of White Blood Cells and a High Calcium level. Which now gets to my point! Its confusing when I thought about it, I know why the Shingles appeared because I have a Low Immune System but it make no sense why I have a slight high white blood cell count. And I'm guessing the Hives could have happen as well because of my Immune System? And having that bacteria problem could have effected with my Immune System? LOL sorry this came out long but if you have any answers to any of my questions I would very happy and I'd appreciate it. And I hope you guys had a fantastic Holidays as well :]
