My father is PSYCHO!?

I'm 21 years old. My father was incarcerated when I was 11. He just was released in may 2010. My parents are still married and I live with them because I have two children from my ex husband they forced me to marry when I was 16 because I got pregnant. Now I have a boyfriend and my father STALKS US! WHILE WE GO OUT ON WEEKENDS! . IM 21! AND HE STALKS ME! . He also checks miles on my car to see how far I go! . I'm seriously wanting his @$$ back in prison. I'm done. He's psycho. He's on parole. can I contact his parole officer and tell him about his actions?. Please help. This is crazy!.
