Dark Skin vs Light Skin: which is more beautiful according to your race?

well i am indian and i think we prefer light skin..not very pale though..light brown to be specific..but i am kind in love with darker skin colours even though i am light brown..maybe coz the most attractive indian girl i have seen in my life is dark..but when i was younger i also had this notion that light skin colour looks very nice..so i guess u are rite about us.
