Can I get sued by an out of stater by breaking up? 5 yr relationship?

For 18 mo I have really changed and by now my man should have let me go. I told him fall of 05 I was not going to marry poss never marry he paniced, and Its a real uneasy thing here where I can give more details. HE HAS NOT PUT $ in my house. But when he had no job, I spent a lot of money on him gave him $ took him places. SO he began doing things around or on my house, thats my fear. He had no real job for until Nov 04. Some things around my house we did as team but as time ped he wanted only him to do those things. BUT I have cut it back a lot this 06. He has not settled with his ex wife to get his 27 k out of their house. I do not want to live in my small house. There are things he says n does I am over it. My family this CHristmas got mad at him he said things at their house SO now I am not allowed to take him there and he may never be allowed.I can give more details. the 3 times it was like OVER he went nuts. Now I have cooled things back and he wont break up. CAN I BE SUED?
