GUYS, can I have your opinion please?

Alrighty, well my boyfriend and I are in high school and have been dating for nearly a year now. So as we all know, Valentines Day is approaching...and i've finally decided to make him a card. But, I don't wanna be too mushy on what I write in the card. Any suggestions? Thanks!
