Know this haddock recipe?
Hmm a while ago I ate at an upscale restaurant and tried my dad's haddock meal and it was probably the most amazing thing I ever put in my mouth!! It tasted like the best crab claw meat for some reason with a similar texture, and it was served with a sauce that reminded me of the lemony crab er but thicker. I finally found haddock fish but now I don't know what to do with it, I want it to be like I had at the restaurant, ery and lemony. I usually think er and lemon is too bland for a fish I tend to spice things like crazy, but this one was SO lemony and SO ery and the fish was naturally so good. Does this sound like it was baked or grilled? Do you have a good haddock recipe with a ery sauce? Thanks!
