What's the best nail polish/varnish brand?

I too have a polish by Rimmel London, and it also happens to be their 60 Seconds one. I agree, it's gloopy, thick and hard to apply. If you're looking for better polishes, I really recommend O.P.I and China Glaze. They may be out of your price range, but they're sure worth it!
