I saw something yesterday did my eyes fool me?

yesterday i was looking at this garbage disposal truck. it picked up a big mcdonald's dumpster and i heard someone say "aye's man" and i watched this black guy get dumped. he's had no pants and was jagging off. the dump truck then drove off and dropped him off at the welfare department. i was picking my nose as i watched this uninteresting event unfold. can somebody explain what i saw?
