Effective diet plan?

I have told a few people this and everyone that I have seen as of late has lost weight. It started with a friend (a girl that I worked with). She had gotten up to about 185lbs. She got another job so I didnt see her for about 4 months. When I saw her again she looked really good. I asked her what she had done. She said " Other than losing 40lbs?" She lost 40lbs just under 4 months. She said that all she did was changed her diet and started a yoga cl. When I say changed her diet she didnt change how she ate but rather started eating only organic foods. She still eats meat and even some junk food and sodas, but only organic. I have told a few other people that I know about this as of late and everyone who has started to do the same has lost weight. They all say that they feel great. Try doing that for a while. She said it was difficult to find places to buy all organic foods but after a little research she found plenty of them. She looks and feels great. Try that for a while and see how it works for you. She eats all of the same types of food just all organic.
