Does this guy like me or not:) ?

I have known this kid for awhile and I used to like him alot like two years ago. Now we are just good friends... Today I gave him a back rub on his bed then we ended up laying next to eachother. When I turned over he quick scooted over and put his hand on my waist and started rubbing my skin, and THEN he grabbed my hand. I am starting to fall for this kid, but are these signs, if so, what should I do next. Talk to him? HELP.
