Does anyone know a place where i can lookup phone numbers on daughters phone?

I have a 13 year old daughter with her own cell phone,there is a bunch of long distance phone numbers curious who they are, not trying to be nosey just try to keep her safe.Is there a way to look up numbers without having to pay?whitepages.com doesnt tell me anything!!!HELP.
