you probably dont have the same UTI you had a year ago. You are more prone to UTI's when you are pregnant, and women who have had them in the past are more likely to get them again. Visit your doctor and have them test your urine. If there is no sign it could be another kind of infection like vaginitus or a yeast infection. They will most likely give you more antibiotics. Make sure you take them as prescribed and dont miss any! UTI's in pregnancy can cause harm to the baby and can cause premature labor so it's important that you take care of it now. Best of Luck!
