Can a hemophiliac receive organ donation?

My Dad has Factor 9 deficient hemophilia. He is going on the list for a liver, but is worried that since he is a hemophiliac, he won't be able to get on the list at all. I was thinking that with plasma transfusions beforehand he would be okay, however I tried looking this information up and couldn't find anything specific. Any information would be helpful! Thank You!!
